Initial assessment fees require payment 48 hours in advance. Follow up session fees are due 24 hours prior to the date of each treatment. The cancellation policy is 24-hours notice.
Some insurance policies may allow you to choose your own practitioner and claim for fees paid. I am a registered provider with WPA Insurance on this basis. Please note that under this cover you are responsible for paying all fees up front according to the usual practice terms and conditions.
