FAQ’s

Do you have a waiting list?

No, most of the time there is no waiting list. This is because I only hold a small caseload so that I can give each client lots of individual attention. In the unlikely event that there is a wait time of more than a week, I will inform you at the time of the initial telephone call.

Can I pay via my health insurance scheme?

Most clients self-pay due to health insurance schemes not being set up to support home-visit neurological physiotherapy. However, I am a registered provider for WPA Insurance and can provide invoicing and receipts so that you can claim fees back following treatment. Please contact WPA in advance of commencing any treatment to ensure that it will be authorised.

What are your fees?

Can I seek private neuro physiotherapy if I have NHS appointments?

Yes! There may be any number of reasons why you might seek to add extra physiotherapy to your rehabilitation. The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy states that you should not miss out on NHS physiotherapy if you also chose to add private practice physiotherapy. I will always work collaboratively with any other therapist working with you.
